I've seen some items I like on your website but I'm not sure how they will look in real life?

If you are able to visit our boutique in Mosman (10 min drive from the Sydney CBD, NSW) then we welcome you to contact us to arrange an appointment so you can view (and, depending on the sizes in stock at our showroom, have your child try on) most of the items featured within our online boutique.

If you can't make it to our boutique then we're here to help you in any way possible. If that means sending you further images of the item/s you are after or consulting you via e-mail or phone to give you in depth details about sizing, styles or colours, then so be it! And don't forget, we offer a 7 day exchange policy so if you're not happy with any item you receive then simply follow our easy "How To Return An Item" instructions on our Information page and you can exchange for another size or different item or you can choose to obtain a credit note valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

 

There are a few dress styles I like on this site- how do I choose the right one?

Consider the season/date of the event as well as the age and height/build of the child. We also suggest that when you browse our online boutique you record your favourite items in your Dressing Room. You will then be able to have a handy short list of all the items you prefer. If you need some thinking time prior to purchasing you can always save your Dressing Room items and then access these again at a later time.

Of course, you can also contact us for further information about the items you are choosing between to help you make your decision.

 

I've chosen the style of dress I want- how do I make sure I choose the correct size?

Most of our dresses run to standard sizes- so, for example, a size 1 would be suitable for a 1-2 year old, a size 2 would be suitable for a 2-3 year old and so on. If your child is in between two sizes, we recommend you choose the larger size option. If you are selecting an item for a future event, be sure to allow room for the child’s growth when you make your size choice.

If you have any concerns about choosing the correct size for your child, we encourage you to contact us prior to ordering so that we can assist. If necessary, we can take you through the process of measuring your child correctly and then we can send you relevant size charts, or if you prefer, you can send us your child's measurements and we can use these to obtain the best dress size match for your child.

 

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we can arrange to deliver worldwide. Please call us or e-mail your order requirements and we will be in touch to arrange payment and delivery.

 

How much does delivery cost?

We offer a number of delivery options. For online orders, we charge a standard delivery flat rate of $9.95, Australia wide (usually a satchel packaged delivery by traceable post) or $39.95 for a deluxe courier delivery service. Our deluxe delivery service includes garment preparation and our signature wrap with a keep-forever gift box or garment bag to minimise creasage in transit. The packaging may also be used for storage while the garment is not in use. For phone orders, a $15.00 Australia-wide standard delivery fee or $39.95 deluxe delivery fee applies.

 
Can I return an item I have purchased?

We ask you to please choose carefully and consult us for any help you may require with sizes or styles prior to purchasing, as we do not offer refunds. However, we can exchange within 7 days of you receiving your item/s or provide you with a credit note that is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. I like an item on the site but before I purchase, can I find out more details?

You certainly can- in fact, we encourage you to contact us with any questions you have so that your choice is perfect. Via our complimentary e-mail or phone consultation service we can give you detailed information about items and provide you with further pictures at your request.

 

Am I able to get a fabric or colour sample?

Unfortunately, we cannot send out individual samples of fabrics. However, we do have excellent quality photographs of our fabrics so please feel free to contact us and we can arrange to e-mail you according to your requirements. Alternatively, you are welcome to visit our boutique (located at Mosman, NSW) where you can personally view all fabrics and colour samples. If you need to colour match to your own fabric, you are also welcome to send us a sample of your fabric and we will colour match it for you as best we can.

 

Are you able to make changes to a dress design on your website or even make styles other than those shown on your website?

Absolutely. We offer a complete made to measure service and will be happy to discuss your requirements. We welcome you to visit our showroom for an appointment or feel free to e-mail the design you have in mind and we can provide you with a quote.

In some cases, styles you see on our website can be completely customised to your requirements so just contact us with any queries you may have.

 

How do I place an order on your website?

You can place your order online (24 hours a day) via our secure website or you can order by phone or by e-mail. For more details on the ordering process, please click here.

 

Is it safe to order online?

Definitely. Our website uses Secure Socket Layering (SSL), the industry standard encryption technology that ensures safe transmission of personal information through the internet. Remember though, if you don’t wish to order online you are also very welcome to call us on (02) 8065 5734 and place your order over the phone- we're here to help!

 

Can I pick up my order from your showroom?

Yes. There is no charge for delivery if you choose to pick up your items from our boutique, located in Mosman, NSW. Just choose this option at the time of ordering and we will be in contact to confirm a convenient pick up time.

 

How long does delivery take from the time I place my order?

If your item is in stock, delivery can be as fast as 2-3 days from the time you place your order. If your item needs to be ordered in, delivery may take up to 10 weeks. We'll advise you of the delivery time for items we order in for you at the time of your purchase.

Should your order be urgent and you wish to arrange an express delivery service, please let us know and we will do everything possible to ensure priority delivery for you.
